Project Wageningen - Netherlands

The Saia Agrobotics project features an advanced tomato greenhouse where the plants come to the robots instead of the other way around. This system replaces half of all labor with robots while cameras equipped with artificial intelligence (AI) collect and interpret data from each individual plant.

What once seemed like a distant future was tested in early 2024 in Ede. We are proud to have collaborated with other GreenV companies, Stolze and Voshol Warmte - Elektrotechniek, to execute the complete greenhouse, including: glass/sandwich greenhouse, screen installations, insect netting, heating, irrigation, electrical systems, and lighting.
